Refunds

A payment on outbid.co.nz buys a public ranking on this leaderboard for the amount you pay. You are not buying guaranteed visits, clicks, customers, sales or search rankings.

Payments processed by Stripe in NZD are final. Being outranked later does not create a refund. A second person paying while your checkout is open does not create a refund. A hidden listing that broke the rules does not create a refund.

If Stripe charged you and no listing appeared, email hello@outbid.co.nz with the payment receipt. That is a fulfilment failure, not a change of mind.

Nothing on this page limits rights you cannot contract out of under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where that Act applies.
